Houston Clean Team respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, request a quote, or arrange cleaning services through us.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, cleaning preferences, scheduling details, and messages. If you provide access instructions or other information about your home, we use it to help coordinate your service. Please do not submit sensitive financial information through a general contact form.
Our website and the third-party services it loads may also receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device details, and pages visited. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to support website functionality and, where enabled, measure website use.
2. How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate cleaning referrals and appointments, communicate service updates, address concerns, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. Where permitted and with any consent required by law, we may also send offers or other promotional communications.
3. How we share information
We may share relevant contact, address, and service details with the independent cleaners referred to you so they can perform the requested work. We may also share information with providers that help operate our website, manage inquiry forms, handle communications, or otherwise support our business. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or legal rights.
Houston Clean Team is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you. We refer highly vetted cleaners in the area to our customers.
4. Third-party forms, maps, and links
Our website includes a third-party quote form and an interactive OpenStreetMap map, and may link to other websites. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Their information practices are not controlled by us. Review their policies before submitting information or using their services.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including handling service requests, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal or recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning your information, including rights to obtain a copy or limit certain uses. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. Contact us if you wish to appeal our response.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided or contact us to stop promotional communications. Service-related messages may still be necessary for an active request. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some website functions.
7. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide any additional notice required by law.
